c. Learn Farsi and Arabic and watch Iranian Fars Videoes and Arabic Al Jazeera (the Iranians like bragging about their new Weapons Systems). For some reason these videos are censored from the US News Media, sometimes you can see the Iranian videos on BBC, Zweites Deutsches Fernsehen, etc..
d. Just for those that believe we (US) have Iran surrounded, go research the locations of US and US Ally Military Bases, then research what is at each of the Military Bases.
2. Using the same References of number 1 above.
a. Research what the Iranians currently have. As purchased from the Chinese and Russian Federation using the Iranian Oil Wealth.
b. Research the design and manufacturing dates of the Iranian Ships, Submarines, and Weapons Systems. Especially, the current generation technology bought from the Chinese and Russian Federation including the stolen US High Technology that is not even manufactured for the US Military yet.
3. Now go watch the 1984 movie, Countdown to Looking Glass.
a. Change from Oman in the movie to Iran. The movie depicts Iran not being an Ally of the Russian Federation, this is not quite true as they have been an Ally of Iran since the Iran Iraq Wars, so they are already at Iran; so are the Chinese.
b. Include: 1). the Iranian Land Based Long Range Supersonic Anti Ship Missile Batteries designed specifically to kill the USN Aircraft Carriers by defeating USN Countermeasures and evade the USN Screening Ships. Based along the Iranian Coast and Iranian Islands. 2). With these protected by the current generation intergrated Russian Federation Anti Aircraft Batteries and ABM Batteries (that detected the US Generation V Stealth RQ-170). 3). Iranian Stealth Submarine(s) armed with supercavitating torpedoes. 4). IRBMs, as to why President Obama backpedalled on deployment of US ABMs to Eastern Europe, decision to deploy US ABMs to Romania December 23, 2011. 5). Iran's purchase of NorthKorean copies of Chinese copies of USSR SS-18 ICBMs (with current technology GNCs (Guidance Navigation and Controls)) as shipped to Iran thru Bejing China 2010., 6) From previous experience during the Iran Iraq Wars, Iran purchased current generation underwater undetectable rocket rising mines and remote controlled mines from the Chinese and Russian Federation., 7). Stealth Anti Aircraft Missiles., 8). Direct support of the hundreds of thousands of Islamic Jihadists at the Automonous Kurdistanis Region with weapons, munitions, funding, Iranian Military Advisers, Iranian Military Trainers, etc. (that Overthrew US Ally President of Egypt, US Ally President of Yemen, previous US Ally Gaddaffi, etc.)., 9). The Father of the Pakistanis Nuclear Weapons has been at Iran for a very long time., 10). Etc..
c. Realize that the Chinese have already stated that they will fight on the side of Iran. The Chinese and Russian Federation get most of their Oil from Iran and Iran's controlled Iraqis Northern and Southern Oil Fields.
d. It has been a Strategic Goal of the Chinese and Russian Federation (ever since the USSR) to get the US and US Allies out of their Backyards (the Resources) of the Middle East, Africa, Asia.
e. Look at a map. If this turns into a "Shooting War" it would be the US, US Ally Saudi Arabia, US Ally Israel, US Ally Europe minus the Germans and French that get their Oil and Natural Gas from the Russian Federation Versus the Rest of the World. Very questionable as to which side US Ally Turkey will be on. The US would have to take the long way around, as the deals made prior to the "Egyptian Revolution" with the Muslim Brotherhood gave Strategic Access to the Suez Canal to Iran. There is a Russian Federation Aircraft Carrier Battlegroup heading to their Syrian Port of Tartus (Update 2012 the Admiral Kuznetsov Aircraft Carrier Battlegroup is at Tartus Syria to support Russian Federation Ally President Assad, and prevent US interventions). It is believed that the other side of the Straight of Hormuz, UAE and Oman, will be on the side of Iran.
f. By the way the Iranians, Chinese, Russian Federation still take their Failures out and execute them for Contract Defaults, Contract Disputes, Crimes Against the People, etc. so they get every Iranian Dinar, Chinese Yuan, Russian Ruble's worth; instead the US rewarding the US Manufacturers with out of Court Settlements for Contract Disputes, Contract Defaults, etc., as the longer the US Manufacturers drag out a Contract, more money, and the longer US Civilians are employed.
